      Before you depart

    Individual passport has to be with the minimum validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure.
    Confirm that your tickets have been issued as required, and re-confirm reservations.
    Keep original passport, ticket, mediclaim, hotel confirmations, foreign exchange (IMPORTANT : Do not forget to carry an extra
  set of photocopies of all your documents with you, preferably in separate bags. It will be helpful in case you have to report a loss to the police, the Indian Embassy etc.)
    Basic medicines for slight headaches, cough, cold & fever should be carried along.
Business Documents
    Among the necessary items include blank official letterheads, visiting cards and company brochures.
    Brochures that are to be published for your overseas market should be well designed. They should be very explicit and attractive.
    Take plenty of business cards, especially if the purpose of your visit is to attend or participate in a trade fair. It is important that
  these should be of high quality. Ensure that the ISD code of your Indian city as well as INDIA is mentioned at the end of the company’s address.

Foreign Exchang

Always carry the currency of the country you are visiting so that you do not lose on the conversion . Carrying Currency cards is the safest mode to carry currency

Clothes To Take

On the days when you are attending the fairs business suits or combinations are recommended for all businessmen. A tie is a must.

A note of caution :

Pick pockets abound all over, hence be careful and alert. The hotel provides safe deposit facility in the room, please carry limited money every time you go out.. You need not carry your passport and tickets around even though its essential for the fear of losing it. As an alternate you may keep a visiting card of hotel you are staying in so that it may be produced upon interrogation.
